A truly talented writer that really sets the scene and keeps you wanting more. The why each situation is described is a true joy to read and really puts you in the moment as they unfold. I will most definitely be buying more of Jonathan's work. A well deserved 5 stars.
Hands down the best novel I've read in the last year. The blood was pumping and the mind was racing as the story went on with each new revelation. I could not put it down until I finished it. Then after a day or two immediately read it again.
Cannot wait for the sequel!
You are quite the masterful story smith indeed Jon Maloney.
Writing a more extensive review for this is not going to be easy, especially since I will be desperate to avoid spoiling even the slightest thing about the story. Future readers should really discover these on their own, see if their minds can connect the dots before the tale does it for them. In all, fascinating reading, glorious even. I will be entirely honest, and say that I am very much looking forward to the following books in the series.

Plenty of tears flowed with the reading of this book, both in good moments and in bad ones. Recognition can be as powerful as any emotion after all. I'm grateful that I got to read this epic tale.

Beasts of London is a wonderful book taking the reader through strange and seedy world of back alleys and dark places. A great read
